This performance is a thirty-minute sonic experiment that intertwines algorithmic processes with embodied improvisation. Working within MaxMSP, I generate sustained fields of white noise and sine waves, establishing an austere electronic ground in which minimal difference becomes charged with intensity. Against this signal environment, I intervene with the raw materiality of guitar noise—feedback, distortion, and tactile interference—producing frictions between the purity of synthesis and the unruly excess of analog gesture.

Layered within this structure, drone triggered through Logic Pro and GarageBand operate as underlying strata, extending the sound field into a dense continuum. Rather than adhering to fixed composition, the performance unfolds as an improvised dialogue across platforms and instruments: an unstable assemblage of programming, circuitry, and bodily intervention.

By foregrounding noise, sine, and drone—three elemental sonic conditions—the work probes the thresholds between signal and interference, control and surrender. It situates listening as both durational and relational, not aiming to resolve into harmony but to open a space where sound operates as environment, pressure, and affective vibration.
