Final Showcase

One of my sound performances, occurred in CM’s sound camp showcase, involved physically interacting with an amplifier by throwing my hands at it, moving a jack wire close to the amplifier, and adjusting the distance between them to create a feedback sonic pattern. This act of physical intimacy with the amplifier synchronized the sound through the dynamic relationship between the wire and the amplifier.

In the final showcase, highlighting issues that often arise in free improvisation, such as one participant's sound overpowering the others or certain individuals leaving space to actively listen to the sounds produced by others. This performance aimed to prompt the audience to reflect on these dynamics commonly encountered in free improvisation. in-camp:Katalia and I improvised with an oscillator, my suona, and a contact mic, creating synthesized noise and engaging in somaesthetic approach.
